Jeanette McHardy, Youth Services Officer

Every year, The Rotary Club of Doncaster supports events to enhance the experiences of Doncaster’s young people. We provide opportunities to develop their skills, recognise their abilities and challenge themselves through experiences that will change their lives for the better. As Youth Chair of the club, my role is committed to making those who cherish Doncaster’s young people aware of the amazing opportunities available for them. With two children of my own, I understand the huge value that these activities can have in forming the outstanding adults of the future. These events are funded by Rotary and the young people getting involved are supported from start to finish by Rotarian volunteers within a safeguarded environment.

You have a chance to make a real difference in a child’s life by putting them forward as a candidate for any of the following inspiring Youth Competitions:

  • Young Chef 3rd March 2018
  • Young Musician 17th March 2018
  • Young Photographer 1st May 2018
  • Young Writer 1st May 2018
  • Technology Tournament TBA
  • Youth Speaks TBA
